UA ORD DCA route will operated by Embraer 175


Starting May 17, UA will launch service with the Embraer 175 aircraft on flights between ORD and DCA Ronald Reagan Washington National. Routes between Chicago O’Hare and Boston’s Logan International Airport begin May 19.

United Express carrier SkyWest Airlines will operate the flights, with 12 seats in United First, 16 seats in United Economy Plus and 48 seats in United Economy.


The 76-seat Embraer 175 is the newest addition to the United Express fleet. offers more personal space for customers, with wider seats and aisles than other regional aircraft. Each United First seat features a power outlet. The aircraft’s large overhead bins can accommodate standard carry-on bags, resulting in more convenience for customers.
