Capital One® is giving new Venture customers the chance to earn up to 100,000 bonus miles on a new Venture card.
Let's say you spent $40,000 on your credit card last year. Once you're approved for a Venture card, complete the registration process, submit your year-end summary, and spend $1,000 on purchases within 90 days. Capital One will give you two miles for every dollar you spent last year, which means your new Venture account will be credited with 80,000 bonus miles. You can earn up to 100,000 bonus miles, depending on how much you spent last year.
To participate, new Venture customers simply register for the Challenge, provide their 2011 year-end summary from another travel credit card, spend $1,000 on purchases within 90 days of approval, and they will receive 2 miles for every dollar they spent on that other card last year (up to 100,000 miles).
